Prosedur Pelayanan Transaksi Pembayaran Biaya Perkuliahan Mahasiswa pada Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract

The development of the business world in the service sector is increasingly gaining more opportunities and attention for companies, including banks. Banking is very useful for society as a forum for carrying out financial transaction processes. One of them is student customers who use Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to carry out the transaction process for paying their tuition fees. This research aims to find out the correct procedures for carrying out payment transaction processes carried out by Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) students at the BSI Blitar Branch Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques. The resource persons in this research were 2 UNISBA students and 3 BSI Blitar Branch Office employees consisting of tellers, priority banking and security. The results of this research show that having the right procedures can help the UNISBA student service transaction process. However, there are still obstacles in implementing tuition fee payment transactions because there are no appropriate procedures to help students carry out the transaction process. Apart from that, there are still many students who are confused and do not understand the payment transaction process carried out at the BSI Blitar Branch Office.
