Abstract

As an important asset in an organization, attention to employee well-being is needed as a tool to achieve organizational goals. The decline in the quality and quantity of employees is the reason for the author to find out how much Turnover Intention contributes to the Employee Well-being of PT SriTex. The concept model used is 3 indicators on Turnover Intention (Thinking of quiting, Intention to search for alternative and Intention to quit) which can provide a link to 4 aspects of Employee Well-being (physical, mental, social well-being and work environment comfort). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique as many as 377 people and analyzed using simple regression analysis using SPSS 23.
