Abstract

Human Resources Administration is an administration for managing membership, evaluating employee performance, and employee compensation. One of the administrations that needs to be in place in a company is a job rotation procedure. The aim of this research is to determine the job rotation procedures for permanent employees in the administration section of PT Selecta, the obstacles to job rotation in the administration section of PT Selecta. The method used in the research is a qualitative method with interviews, observation and documentation with several informants. The informants in this research were 2 people from PT Selecta. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of work rotation in the administration section is not yet optimal, which still has obstacles such as a lack of skills and competence in employees and a lack of suitability in work with the right employees, which results in work running less than optimally and not meeting the targets set. desired by the company.
